So, she was feeding her piggy with coins, but her piggy mouth is too small and it was a little difficult for her to feed it. Then, suddenly, she stopped and watched the "hole" of stool for a while and pointed it :"piggy!" . I realized that she found a "big piggy" for easier feeding. I said nothing ,just watching her. There is how she feeded her stool"piggy"

Hey,look how I feed my piggy!
One week ago,my hubby came back from his business trip. Like every time he comes back, he always has some coins. This time, Eveline saw the coins and said:"piggy, piggy!". I knew she wanted to feed her piggybank. I put her piggy one her little stool, in which there is a "hole" for her to put her hand in so that she can take it easily.

I love shoes!
Yesterday, we were shopping in a big shopping mall. It was almost half pass one in the afternoon, and Eveline was very tired. If she were at home, it would be her nap time. So I suggest my family to go back so that the little one can take her afternoon nap. We were very close to the exit and suddenly, Eveline appointed DSW (a shoe department store) and said:"shoes, shoes". I know she loves shoes like I do, so we decided to just go in for a little while and let she watched her"shoes". Then, you can imagine that we were sticking inside for more than half hour because Eveline LOVES shoes. She was not sleepy at all, trying as much shoes as she could. She loves bright colour shoes and high heel shoes, here ,you can see how she were trying the shoes on.

And she has her own language!
Yes, Eveline speaks some English NOW. But before, I guess she was totally confused by her Dady(she calls her Dady "Papa" in French way) and Mumi(she calls me "Mama" in Chinese way.). For example, she heard us talking about "Car", she repeated "Car", and my hubby will right away tell her:"Voiture"(Car in French) and I will not let it be, and I will tell her:"Che"(Car in Chinese)... then, she will say nothing, just looked at us... With time passing, she would not like to talk in French, or English or Chinese. She invented her own language. For example, if she wanted something, she just pointed it and said" Da-Da, Da-Da", if she wanted to drink, she said:"Geya,Geya"...
Oh, my God, what we will do with a baby who speaks her own language?!

Does she talk already?
Eveline is my two years old daughter. Her whole name is Eveline Ashley Mary-France Hemmerle. She was born on Sept.15,2005 ,Wayne,Michigan. It is funny that she has that much long and strange name . Tell you what, because she is ACFG! Eveline is a French name for Evelyn here in US, Ashely is a popular name is USA, which I like best, and Mary-France, of course is a popular French name for girls long time ago, and finally, Hemmerle is our family name (or I should say my hubby’s family name). Strange enough? Yes, actually Hemmerle is a Germany family name, it means “little hammer”. My husband was born in Strasberg, France, which belongs to Alsace .And before 1st world war, Alsace belonged to Germany. For me, Alsace is like somewhat mixed France and Germany. People there speak Alsace language which is more like German, and of course French ,and most of them also speak German. My hubby’s mom is a German, so, my hubby is a half German, half French. And, about me, I am a Chinese. So, Eveline is ACFG(America in nationality, Chinese, French and German in blood).
Ok, here comes the language problem. My hubby speaks French, German and English, and he wants to speak French to Evleine and lets her learn French, I talk English with my husbby in the house, and of course I speak Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), and I insist that Eveline also should learn to speak Chinese as well as English and French. Here is how my family speaking:
Me: To my hubby: English
To Eveline: Chinese
My hubby: To me: English
To Eveline: French
And, look at poor 2 year old Eveline: to Dady?????
To me????
You will ask me, does she talk now? I just can answer you that I UNDERSTAND her, and she understand her Dad and me , and until now, she has never been in daycare one day, BUT SHE TALKS ENGLISH!
